For example, with Small Business Checking, you can see how we utilized a tab component so that users could quickly browse all key product information on one page.

Satiate marketing desires to have a personalization on every product page. 

We did this by providing a hero banner area at the top of each page. The heroes rotate visibility based on users' search history. 

2021 post-launch user feedback that we used in our new design launch in 2023:
  1. Users could not find all the fee information that they want to see before opening an account.

  2. Users felt that the pages had a lot of scrolling before the key product information was found.

  3. There were too many ways to open an account before users felt ready to open an account.
